Chef will focus on the “how and why” in our food system. We’ll go on location to meet the people growing what eventually winds up on our plates.
We’ll end each show in the kitchen, with Chef Chris showing us how we can tread more lightly with our cooking and ultimately making a direct connection all throughout our food web.
